Around Town Tote - Terracotta

The Around Town Tote is your simple uncomplicated best friend.  A bicycle pannier bag that connects easily to your rear bicycle rack, and seamlessly transitions to a shoulder tote.

Then you have found the perfect bag!  All this and more, that's why we made the Around Town Tote.

We kept this bag to just the basics for all those quick trips you need to take, and when you want to pick up or throw in a few things on your äventyr.

• Large open main compartment offers flexibility for your basic, light, around town needs (including stowing your helmet when not riding).
• Soft-sided front allows for more flexibility in packing, reduces plastic usage, and creates a 'softer' look.
• Drawstring top closure cinches to keep items in your bag.

Our intent is that you bring your more complicated äventyr bestie to pair with The Around Town Tote if you need more pockets and tool storage.  This bag nicely pairs with The Social or The Essential.   This bag is not designed to carry a laptop, or heavy loads (**as noted below).

• 100% Nylon Top Handle and Detachable Shoulder Strap
• Vegetable Tanned Leather (Wickett & Craig) D-Ring Loops and Zipper Pull Tab
• Industry Standard YKK zippers with upgraded individually polished metal zipper teeth for smooth operation and YKK loop pulls with added pull tabs

• High Quality German-made Spring Loaded Rack Clip System with Center Lock

**The Around Town Tote must not be over-packed causing excessive distortion of its appearance (bulging, misshaping, stressing seams due to oversized items, etc.), or packed with excessive weight.  Packed bag weight should not exceed 5 lbs in main compartment (unpacked weight is 1.14 lbs).  This bag is not. laptop bag and not designed to carry one (meaning: we do not recommend using it to carry one).  The fabrics are water resistant (not proof); this bag is not made to take in heavy downpours.  Additionally, winter weather is damaging to all things; if winter messes (salt, slush, melt, etc.) concern you, choose another great bag on the market made precisely to withstand winter conditions.  We made this product to last, but not for conditions other than we have recommended for use.  Nor is this bag build for extreme conditions.  If use in any of these conditions occur, the äventyr manufacturing warranty will be deemed void.
